The Manchester School of Architecture, established in 1996, is the result of an innovative collaboration between the Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Manchester, drawing upon the considerable teaching and research expertise within both institutions and with the aim of creating a strong and well resourced national and international centre of excellence in architectural education and research.
