The Department of Sociology offers a range of options which address key sociological issues, reflect the research interests of the
staff and are relevant to the needs and interests of our students and the wider community. Our teaching is closely linked to the research we carry out in areas such as contemporary urban cultures, criminal justice studies, cultural criminology, victimology, organisational interaction, global studies and social inclusion.
